▪️Event in the case of an International Declaration
If there is an application from even one intermediary country or organization, the event becomes an International Declaration. A Universal Shot event is held with the participation (on-site or online participation) of heads of state from around the world who wish to mediate or participate, as well as leaders of the applying organizations and companies. Intermediary countries and intermediary organizations will make the Universal Shot Declaration on the main stage of the event. The event is a Ukraine vs. Russia event where individuals from around the world can support or compete for the country of their choice.

仲介国·団体の申し込みが１つでもあった場合は国際宣言となります。仲介や参加を希望する世界各国の首脳や申し込み団体·企業のリーダーが参加(会場参加またはオンライン参加)のもとユニバーサルショットイベントを開催。仲介国や仲介団体がイベントのメインステージでユニバーサルショット宣言を行う。イベントはウクライナVSロシアの対戦で、世界中の個人が希望する国を応援したり、参戦する事ができるイベント。


▪️ Event in the case of an Russia's sole declaration.
If there are no applications from intermediary countries or organizations, the event will be declared solely by Russia. A universal shot event will be held with the participation (on-site or online participation) of the heads of state or leaders of the applying organizations and companies from around the world who wish to participate in the event. Participating countries and organizations will make their Universal Shot declarations on the main stage of the event. The event is a "Russian Nationals" vs. "Russian Nationals Against the War" competition, and individuals from around the world can support or participate in the event if they wish.

仲介国·団体の申し込みがなかった場合はロシア単独宣言となります。参加を希望する世界各国の首脳や申し込み団体·企業のリーダーが参加(会場参加またはオンライン参加)のもとユニバーサルショットイベントを開催。参加国や参加団体がイベントのメインステージでユニバーサルショット宣言を行う。イベントは”ロシア国民” VS “ロシア国民の反戦者”の対戦で、世界中の個人が希望する方を応援したり、参戦する事ができるイベント。

 
▪️ Event of transition from an international declaration to a Russia-alone declaration
If Ukraine does not agree to end the conflict despite the efforts of the intermediary countries, the declaration will be transferred to a Russia-alone declaration. The application of the intermediary country-organization will be changed to the cooperating country-organization of the Russian Single Declaration. Applications from participating countries/organizations will change to participating countries/organizations of the Russian Single Declaration.

仲介国の働きかけがあってもウクライナが紛争終結に同意されなかった場合には、ロシア単独宣言に移行します。仲介国·団体の申し込みはロシア単独宣言の協力国·協力団体に変わります。参加国·団体の申し込みはロシア単独宣言の参加国·参加団体に変わります。

Yesterday, a somewhat dark personal experience. And about the consequences if the conflict does not end. But, I am not giving up. Rather, I confided in the hope that those who can perceive it in the same way will stand up for it.
It may be a few people with power and responsibility who are running the world. Once a totalitarian AI society is formed, we will not be able to freely express our opinions. But we are probably not there yet.
 
昨日は、やや暗い私事の体験。そして紛争が終結しない場合の末路について。などの内容をお伝えしましたが、決して諦めているわけではありません。むしろ、それを同じように察知できる人々に、立ち上がっていただきたいと思い、打ち明けました。
世界を動かしているのは、権力や責任を持つ一部の方々かもしれません。全体主義的なAI社会が形成されると、自由に意見を述べる事ができなくなります。しかしまだそこまでは進んでいないでしょう。
 

In France, there have been demonstrations on the pension issue, and many people are expressing their opinions. This is one of the advantages of democracy, and it may change the course of the country. The question of whether the human race will be able to survive long enough to receive pensions is now at hand. However, most of the people who were alive at that time have already passed away. So you may think about the current crisis, "No way, it won't really turn into a nuclear war." フランスでは、年金問題のデモが起きており、多くの人々が各自の意見を主張しています。それは民主主義の利点でもあり、国の進路を方向転換する事もあるでしょう。今は、年金を受け取れるまで人類が生存できるか？という問題も目前に迫っています。過去の歴史の中でも、このような危機が迫った事はありました。広島の原爆投下もその一つです。しかし、当時生きていた人は、ほとんど既に亡くなっています。だから、現在の危機についても「まさか本当に核戦争にはならないだろう。」と考えてしまうかもしれません。また「この地上を去るなんてまだ先だろう。」と思うのが普通かもしれません。

But we do not know what will happen. One thing we can say is that we can stop the cycle of fear and redirect the future. We also know that our souls live on after death and experience a new life. This may be an opportunity for us to learn such a thing. If we can realize the truth of the spirit world, our perception of death will change and we will no longer fear it. You will also be filled with gratitude for the miracle of being alive in the present. You will also feel the joy of your soul's liberation.
May the conflict be resolved, the economic and financial crisis subside, and may the happiness in your lives continue. I pray from the bottom of my heart.

しかし、どうなるかは分かりません。一つだけ言える事は、恐怖の連鎖をくい止め、未来を方向転換する事もできるという事です。また、私たちの魂は死後も生き続け、新たな人生を経験するという事。そうしたことを知る機会でもあるかもしれません。霊界の真実を悟る事ができると、死に対する捉え方も変わり、恐怖ではなくなります。また、今生かされているという事の奇跡と感謝が溢れます。そして魂が解放されるような喜びも感じられるでしょう。
紛争が解決し、経済や金融危機がおさまり、皆様の人生の幸せが続きますように。心からお祈り申し上げます。
